Saint John’s Collegium—founded Christmas Eve, 2015 by director Dan Foster—is the liturgical choir of Saint John’s Lutheran Church, Sand Creek Road, Albany. Saint John’s Collegium offers the outstanding richness of 500-plus years of sacred repertoire to lead our congregation in worship and prayer. Our choristers mentor and help the director to educate our younger musicians in best practices for sacred choir formation & repertoire, musicianship, and vocal technique. Currently, we have nine full choristers, two junior choristers, and one high school choral apprentice.
